Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Items that are customized, special orders, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products unless defective.
  • Damaged items due to improper use or mishandling.
  • Electrical and electronic components (LEDs, sensors, etc.) if installed or used.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code and return shipping instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
