Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Items that are customized, special orders, or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products unless defective.
- Damaged items due to improper use or mishandling.
- Electrical and electronic components (LEDs, sensors, etc.) if installed or used.
Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code and return shipping instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Cancellations
